Refund policy

At Bendát, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us at  contact@bendaat.com. We will guide you through the return process.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send back the item and the refund process details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Since all orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund method will be communicated in the reply email upon approval of your return request.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received an update, please contact us at contact@bendaat.com.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available if we have the requested size in stock.
  • If the size is unavailable, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that do not meet the refund eligibility requirements mentioned above.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or custom-made/personalized products.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at contact@bendaat.com so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Information for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The return address will be provided once your refund request is approved.
